If weather cooperates, all guest operations are held outdoors, if not the indoor tasting room is open.
See posted hours for sipping on site times.
Don't forget, bottle sales are not only available during posted hours, but also by advance appointment outside of posted hours!
Reservations are no longer required, for groups of six or less, to drink wine on the premises during posted hours.
Masks are not required. If you wish to social distance inside (if weather doesn't permit outdoor seating) or even outside, please call ahead to ensure your request can be accommodated.
Just need bottles-to-go? Stop by during posted hours or if it's outside of posted hours call, message or email to schedule an order to pickup!
Wine is currently available by flights (3 x 2 oz. samples) or by the (5 oz) glass on site. Bottle sales-to-go are also available during posted hours as well as by advance appointment. Again, reservations are not currently required unless you'll be enjoying wine on site with a group of seven or more guests. However, reservations will be taken via phone or email for anyone who prefers to make a reservation.
Please check back for updated policies in case state guidelines change.
OUTSIDE: All guest operations are held outside, when weather permits, except in the event of a weather emergency. For the enjoyment of all guests, children must be supervised at all times and be seated with their adult/guardian. Check special event listings for specifics on age requirements. Most special events are 21+ only.
INSIDE: Inside seating is only available to guests in the cold of winter or during a weather emergency. The outdoor, covered patio can accommodate more guests than the inside capacity allows, so dress for the weather!
Group size is a maximum of six guests without a reservation. All guest groups of seven or more do require an advance reservation to ensure that your group can be accommodated. No buses.
Masks are not required. The owner and her winetenders do not wear masks so you can see their smiling faces.
If you prefer to wear a mask, no one will stop you! However, it's difficult to sip wine while doing so, therefore, it is recommended that you do not wear one! :)
No limit except in the event of rain and/or closing time!
Last call is 30 minutes prior to closing time.
As always, Buffalo Rock Winery's owner and winetenders reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave who is obnoxious (drunk, belligerent, disrespectful, or otherwise), and authorities will be called upon if necessary.
Most guest operations are held outside where tables are spread out. In the winter or in the event of a weather emergency, Buffalo Rock Winery cannot guarantee social distancing inside.
Absolutely no outside food or beverages allowed. Need a light snack? Mugcuterie (charcuterie in a mug) ($12), crackers ($1) and chips ($1) are available for purchase (disposable serviceware will be used). Limited pop, sports drinks, bubbly water and water options are also available, each for only $1.
Pets are never allowed at Buffalo Rock Winery, not even outside. The chickens and cat who reside on site and neighboring dogs and other pets appreciate your cooperation. Leashed, marked service animals are always welcome.
A portable toilet is available for guest use.
Cash is accepted, and preferred because using cash will save you 3%!
Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note, there is a 3% convenience fee applied to all credit card payments.
Pay-as-you-sip cash discounts are available on wine flights and wine by the glass.
Welcome! You may only continue to view this site if you are at least 21 years old or older.
