Groups/Private Events & Weddings

General Groups:

Groups can make advance, private reservations for an early arrival (30-45 minutes prior to the winery opening) and the winery will open early just for your group! Only one early-arrival reservation will be booked per day, a $50 reservation fee is required for the winery to open early for a private semi-group. This can be for groups of 2-20! Advance paid reservation fee required to book. All wine purchases are additional.

Bachelorette/Bridal Parties: 

All bachelorette parties/bridal showers of any size are required to make an advance reservation, whether it's for posted winery hours or a private event, to ensure the group can be accommodated. If planning to arrive during posted hours, to ensure an enjoyable time for all guests, Buffalo Rock Winery must be the first stop with an arrival time no later than 1pm and a reservation is still required. Also, Buffalo Rock Winery must be the first stop on a winery hop outing. A deposit may be required.

Limos/buses must drop off and pick up guests at the TOP of the driveway. Limos and buses are not allowed to pull into the driveway or parking area, unless a semi-private or private event has been booked. Again, guests must be dropped off at the top of the driveway (on 23rd Street) during public hours. Parking is not permitted on the road, per Township ordinances (on 23rd Street) so the driver is required to move the vehicle after guests are dropped off. A deposit may be required.

All potential events are subject to the owner's discretion and availability.

Private Tasting:

Private tastings can be booked, in advance, May-October for a $150 private reservation fee for outdoor events. Private reservations November-April and all indoor reservation requests (year round) incur an additional $50 fee. The advance paid reservation fee covers opening the winery specifically for your group, the additional $50 cool/cold month (and indoor requests) off-sets some of the costs of heating, potential snow removal, etc... Private tasting are a maximum of 90 minutes to 2 hours. All wine purchases are additional.

Wedding Ceremony:

Outdoor Wedding ceremony space is available for groups of 45 or less, total numbers included the wedding party, May-October.

Wedding reception rental space is never offered due to limited indoor space.
